I stayed at this hotel recently and found its location to be very good for exploring Lenzerheide and the surrounding lakes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience quite pleasant. However, the rooms were a bit on the small side for the price and appeared somewhat tired, which was a letdown. Overall, I enjoyed my trip, but the accommodations could definitely use some improvement in terms of upkeep.
